Hi, I’m Eliz
I Build Real Estate Businesses That Actually Work
I grew up in a family of real estate investors, immersed in property, renovations, and the business side of real estate from a young age.
At 18, while studying at the UofT and working front desk at Royal Lepage, I bought my first investment property and got my first real taste of what financial freedom through real estate actually looks like.
Since then, I've worn nearly every hat in the industry:
Starting with Front desk and agent support
Brokerage leadership and operations management
Director of Agent Services, marketing and growth strategy
Right-hand operator to brokerage owners and team leads
Team builder and systems architect
Licensed Realtor®
I've served as the right hand to brokerage owners and team leads who needed someone to actually build and run their business from the backend.
I've helped scale brokerages and teams across the GTA and Waterloo Region by building the infrastructure most agents don't even know they're missing; CRM pipelines, marketing systems, operational workflows, and team structures that actually work.
My zone of genius? Streamlining chaos into scalable systems that support long-term growth.
What I Learned After 15 Years
Here's the truth: Agents don't fail because they lack ambition. They fail because they lack systems.
There's no shortage of courses, coaches, and trainings out there. What's missing is implementation.
Most agents don't need another program telling them what to do. They need someone to actually build it for them so they can stay focused on what they do best, serving clients and closing deals.
That's the gap Rise2Freedom fills.
You got into real estate for freedom, let’s make sure your business actually gives you that.
Here's the Thing - I'm Not Just Teaching This, I'm Living It!
In the last year, I doubled my corporate salary as a Realtor® while being a full-time mom with two toddlers at home.
How? By applying the exact systems I now build for my clients.
I built my real estate business like a CEO, not a solopreneur. I have clear brand positioning, automated follow-up, documented workflows, and systems that run whether I'm at my desk or at the park with my kids.
That's the difference between piecing together a business and building one properly.
And it's exactly what I help my clients create for themselves.
On a personal note…
I'm a wife, mom of two toddlers, and someone who deeply values mindful living.
I believe your business should support your life, not consume it.
When I'm not building systems for agents, you'll find me organizing (always), geeking out over new workflows and tech, and creating a loving, healthy home for my family.
I built Rise2Freedom because I've seen too many talented agents burn out or be lost in all the noise of what they should be doing, not because they weren't good enough, but because they were trying to build a business without a blueprint.
You don't have to do this alone.

Our mission
How We’re Different
Most consultants give you advice and templates, then leave you to figure it out.
We don't do that.
We either coach you through implementation step-by-step, or we build the entire backend for you: CRM setup, workflows, automations, email marketing, SOPs, team structure, all of it.
You choose: guided consulting or done-for-you implementation.
Either way, you get a business that finally works the way you always imagined it would.
