Growing up in a family of real estate investors, I was immersed in property, renovations, and design from a young age. At 18, while studying at the University of Toronto and working front desk at Royal Lepage, I purchased my first investment property, a four-bedroom home, using first-time homebuyer benefits. By strategically managing the home, I covered my living expenses and got my first real taste of the financial freedom real estate can offer as a Landlord.

Since then, I’ve worn nearly every hat in the industry, from front desk and agent support to brokerage leadership, management of operations, director of marketing and growth strategy. I’ve helped scale brokerages and teams across the GTA and Waterloo Region by building backend systems, optimizing operations, and leading high-performance teams. My zone of genius lies in streamlining processes, crafting marketing strategies that convert, and setting up scalable systems that support long-term growth.

After more than 15 years in the industry, I’ve seen where agents, teams, and brokerages often get stuck. It’s rarely about ambition or effort, it’s about the lack of solid systems and time.
